We explore how graduate outcomes are evolving across China, India, Malaysia, and Singapore using exclusive data from over 20,000 Asia Careers Group (ACG) tracked alumni.

The findings challenge long-held assumptions about employability and raise important questions for institutions still measuring success by enrolment alone. By comparing internationally educated graduates with their domestic peers, we uncover how different systems are shaping early career outcomes and where support is still falling short.
