Since Donald Trump returned to office, the United States has already begun to look a very different place. While there have been some positive indications from Trump and his allies, such as Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy, regarding H1-B visas, the overall direction of immigration policy has been troubling. Musk recently stated, "The number of people who are both super talented engineers AND super motivated in the USA is far too low," highlighting the potential benefits of the H1-B program. However, with various acts already signed into law by presidential decree, the future of the H1-B program remains uncertain amidst what many are calling a blitzkrieg on immigration.
