Indian graduate employability has dipped across most major study destinations this year. In 2025, the US continues to lead with an employability rate of 84.3%, followed by New Zealand (80%), Australia (79.8%), and the UK (73.7%). Compared to last year’s stronger figures — US (90.8%), Australia (89.7%), and UK (92.5%) — this marks a noticeable decline of around 6–10 percentage points across the board.
