Strategic - providing a substantial research-led, diagnostic capability to:

  • build a comprehensive understanding of recruitment needs.
  • identify key criteria including nationalities, courses porgolio, levels of study, subject rankings and personal characteristics of suitable candidates.
  • establish the key strengths of the employer in differentiating itself and attracting the best candidates.
  • consider contextual factors including recruitment history, links with universities, global presence and any other factors influencing effective recruitment of graduates

Targeted - using personal knowledge and supporting data to recommend 3 target universities by:

  • identifying, from 140 UK universities, those with the specific strengths to deliver graduates that fit the identified needs
  • utilising our unique data-set to provide insights into the career destinations and progression of graduates from target universities.
  • considering the strengths and weaknesses of potential competitor employers
  • delivering a comprehensive report and recommendations that ensure the employer is using their time, energy and resources in the most efficient way.

Actionable - activating our extensive range of personal contacts and marketing skills to:

  • secure personal engagement and help the employer build relationships with University Careers Services and International Offices.
  • arrange campus visits if a UK recruitment visit is planned or needed.
  • deliver relevant broadcast publicity, including job boards, to drive interest
  • communicate directly with individual students and through country student groups

Recruitment - manage a disciplined process securing top students in the most cost-effective way:

  • commence the recruitment cycle in November annually to secure interest from the most talented students
  • manage process and work with employer to assess progress and additional actions
  • ensure that offers are made and accepted by the March of the graduating year

Cost

  • SIGNATURE – RM29,000 – THREE PERSONAL UNIVERSITY INTRODUCTIONS
  • COMMISSION – RM1000 per candidate on confirmation of each graduate starter through Asia Careers Group
